  • Select a good shipping company with a tracking system.
  • Retain shipping receipt.
  • Note: unapproved returns can be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

In some cases, we do not accept returns due to safety and quality of products:

  • Open or used disposable vape products.
  • Products that have been damaged as a result of misuse or mishandling.
  • Unauthorized returns of products.
  • Products that were not bought in Holiday Vape.
  • Sell partially used bundle items.
